Po raz pierwszy gościmy Kiran i Virena, którzy przyjeżdżają do nas prosto z Indii! Chcą się podzielić z nami swoim podejściem do świadomego ruchu na warsztatach: „Poruszaj. Poczuj. Połącz się.”. Będzie to eksploracja ruchu, siły, balansu, oddechu i świadomości ciała – nie jako trening, ale sposób lepszego zrozumienia i poczucia swojego ciała. Nie potrzeba wcześniejszego doświadczenia. Znajomość angielskiego mile widziana, a w razie potrzeby będzie tłumaczenie na polski. Zapisz się za O zł, a na miejscu będzie puszka na donacje.

A 2-hour movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful, natural and exploratory movement. We’ll explore mobility, strength, balance, breathing and body awareness — not as a workout, but as a way to better understand and feel your body. No previous experience is needed. Come with an open mind and curiosity.

Kiran & Viren are the founders of Tavasyam, a movement and lifestyle platform from India. Their approach goes beyond traditional exercise. They believe exercise is not just about building muscles — it is about building better functionality for pain free life, confidence and a better relationship with your body. They have conducted movement experiences for international participants, including their Kumbhaka Experience in Varkala, India, bringing together people from different backgrounds through movement and conscious exploration. This time, they are bringing that experience to Poland.

No previous experience is needed. Come with an open mind and curiosity. Basic knowledge of English is required. If necessary, there will be Polish translation as well.
